What did Arab men look like?

Arab men wore long knee high breeches for underpants. Their sleeves would be tight or loose. Men would would wear open robes called an aba or a jacket. How could they not be burning up from wearing those sleeves! Many men and women sewed a decortive bands into their sleeves called a tiraz. Mens hair was short and elder men had beards. The men wore skull caps, and a long turban around their head. Arab warriors wore boots and tunics. They wore padded jackets or a shirt of mail or scale armor. That sounds heavy to carry!
